I’m back at the computer store - for the third time since my MacBook Pro’s AC Adapter fried. You see, I thought I would be able to study the Dharma and become a better buddhist while I am waiting for my MacBook Pro’s AC Adapter to come in the mail. Wrong! You see, recently my roommate is becoming more and more annoying with his accusations that I am stealing his food. WTF? I stole absolutely nothing from that asshole because (a) it is wrong to steal from someone and (b) he has nothing I’d want. In fact, earlier yesterday - he made a false accusation that I stole his Doritos. Wrong! (more…)

Okay, so I called Apple (I am posting this at a local computer store) and basically it will take a few days for me to get my AC adapter. So I should be back on early next week. So stay smexy, m’kay?

Okay, so the magnetic power adapter that came with my Apple MacBook Pro is having a bit of a problem so for a while, there may not be any updates to this blog. I will work hard to get a replacement power adapter. I apologize fully to anyone who actually read this blog but fear not because I am going to be on the phone with Apple and hopefully - they will send me a brand new power adaptor. They should, I mean, this really should not have happened.

Today, I made a few posts on the Pirate Reports forums advocating for Bittorrent and Mr. Howard Spinks took what I said and twisted it into something completely awful. Mr. Spinks does not value the freedom of speech, despite the fact that his clients, Jelsoft and phpFoX, would not be where they are now without the creativity that they gained from the freedom of speech. Freedom of speech is very important in our society and it is what had made countries like Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States so very desirable to live in. The erosion of Freedom of Speech and habeas corpus is the reason that more and more US and UK citizens are immigrating to Canada, where human rights are still being respected. (more…)

I am sick. My nose is stuffy and my nose has been running since I woke up this afternoon at 2pm. I feel like complete shit and it gets worse. My asshole landlord has decided to start a new rule where showers are limited to one 10 minute shower a day. I mean, it really sucks and I am not too happy about it. So if you don’t mind, I am taking the day off because I can’t serve clients effectively today while snot is coming out of my nose and I feel like complete shit. But after today, I am going to cook myself a big hunk of that hamburger meat that I have in the freezer.

A friend of mine back in the states is a member of the Marines and unfortunately, his sister does not want to hear about how the United States military is corrupt. While I would normally stop talking about this and just shut up, Nate is a good friend of mine. I cannot see him serving in the US military because he’s just too good of a human being. The US military is so very corrupt and that is because it is currently run by a very corrupt administration. But with people like Nate’s sister unwilling to look at the problems in their public servants, just because it might put their family in a bad light, this creates a lot of problems. (more…)

I would highly recommend avoiding Alibris as much as you possibly can. I’ve ordered from them in the past and it resulted in some kind of problem. My books didn’t even make it to the address I was using then within their designated time coordinates. Now, I know for a fact that Alibris does not directly sell the books, but rather, they are sold by others, much in the same way that Craigslist or eBay works, but there is one small little problem with their model. There is no dispute service where you can raise a concern directly to the staff at Alibris. No contact information where you can speak one-on-one with a live agent. And the only way that I was able to get a refund was because I raised a complaint with the local Better Business Bureau where Alibris is located. (more…)

People seriously suck. I have been contemplating reconsidering my move to Montreal from Calgary but now - I am considering somewhere else. With the exception of one person, everyone else I talked to from Montreal has tried to decieve me. This girl sounded like she was interested in me but I tried to talk to her and she blocked me. I do not understand why and I am greatly hurt that she would not try to resolve any issue she had with me. Some people need to act a little more honourably and with consideration of other people. People should practice more honourable dynamics when it comes to things like blocking people. (more…)

As if problems I am facing already large enough, PayPal has locked my account because a former client of mine (Mr. Rehwoldt - thor-rehw@gmx.de) has decided to try to steal a sizable amount of money from me. I worked my ass off for this guy and he screwed me royally. And what’s worse is I still need the money to move to Montreal, Quebec. I have calculated that I need $2480 and I’ve already collected $40 of it. I’ll write an entire post about that tomorrow and I will post a network-wide announcement to try to raise the money I need. But this problem has locked out my PayPal account so I cannot take in more business until I give this guy a refund that he does not deserve. (more…)

I know I haven’t posted a Fuck off and Die Thursday in a long time but it’s about time that I did. This week’s FOAD Thursday was actually inspired by Mr. Fab and it goes after those annoying things you see in the stores (especially around x-mas time) - Chia Pets. I don’t like them but I have a legitimate reason! I owned them as a child and the fuckers never grew. Not one centimeter! You could say I am bitter, but rightly so! I mean, imagine: you are 10 years of age and you just got one of these shitty things. You try your darndest to make it grow but it just doesn’t want to. What the fuck man? (more…)
