Hiya! It’s Kyle Korleski again and I am going to start posting on my blog once more. I don’t know precisely why, but I just missed posting about my every day life to the world. So, I will be sure to get back into the habit of posting again. And trust me, there are a lot of things that I have been wanting to post about but have not as of yet. But the first thing I have to do is start updating this blog because there are a lot of issues with using a blog running old, unstable WordPress code.

I am hereby closing my blog and closing off each and every facet of my Internet life within the next 1-4 months. This means that I’ll start selling domains that I have not used, closing sites with little to no activity and closing IM accounts. In fact, the only sites I run that will be somewhat updated are this blog and a few other sites that I have promised to launch. Furthermore, I will still be running my own web design business, but only for a small amount of clients. And I will resurface in a few months with a new identity which will not be disclosed here or elsewhere. But my point is that I want to disconnect from my current life and move on to a new life. I am going to make a few statements about some things I’ve said in previous posts about my father. In past posts, I called my father a “con man” and in my rant against country music, I said a few things that may be interpreted wrong. I am going to retract my first statement and clarify the second. Now, first off, I know that my father isn’t a con man and while he used to do a few things that I didn’t really agree with, I had no right to say that. I am truly proud of him and how much he is improving in becoming a better person. While there are a few things that he says that still make me cringe a little, I know that the intent to be a good person is in his heart and I truly care for him and love him. He is not a con man and I believe that when I wrote that, I was kind of hurting at the time. Still, that does not excuse my actions or make them right. What I did was wrong, regardless. (more…)

Okay, so WHAT have I been doing this past week? Well, I’ve been doing a number of things including working on the brand new THL.org and a few other secret projects that I have going on in the works. I have also been working on some heavy personal issues and I am hoping to move into the Houston core really soon. This would make it a lot easier to find more stable work (the freelance work I do is nice, don’t get me wrong, but I have to find more stable employment) and do a vast amount of other things that I have been meaning to do. So, I apologize that I haven’t really been posting much to the blog, I just have a lot on my mind at the moment.

Today, I got my head bitten off for using my own name on my blog. Can you believe that? Their argument was that it was making problems for the family. But nevertheless, I will continue to publish my content under my name. There are several reasons why I must do this but I find it a double standard. I mean, my Aunt Lori continues to publish articles in the Sacramento Bee under her maiden name and this person has barely said a word about that (as far as I know). But while I do share a last name with others, Kyle Korleski is my name. A name that was given to me by my parents. (more…)

So, I just relaunched 15forums and I am making it a general area where you can discuss all the 15art and KyleKorleski.com websites. I spent all day setting it up and fighting the first flamers. So, it’s all ready for you. And I really hope you enjoy it! Yeah, a short post today, I know. You know, as a blogger, I have been trying (and until recently, succeeding) at posting at least 1 post a day. Then, real life got into the way and I needed to do more important things. Things like having a girlfriend, doing business, expanding my current business and life in general. But I have to enjoy life more and through this, I will be able to enjoy life every day. So I promise to post at least once a week and I want to be able to write quality, semantic posts each and every time. Plus, it gives me more time to work on other things like Blackthorne and 15art. And of course, I need to do more work to save up to get out of my current place. (more…)

Yesterday, two great things happened with my blog that will allow me to make a bit more revenue with this blog. Yesterday, my blog was accepted to two different kinds of advertising programmes. These two new advertising programmes are Text Link Ads and ReviewMe and they may very well help me get more and more paid reviews, advertisers and a new revenue stream. These programmes are much different from one another, the first providing paid advertisements in the sidebar (soon) and the other providing paid posting reviews. And I guess it is better I use these services than relying solely on my own advertising page that is buried in the About the Blog page. Furthermore, at least it’s worth giving them a try as other advertising programmes never really worked. (more…)

I’m sorry that I had to go into a hiatus. I needed to take a little break so I could be 100% sure to avoid saying something bad and untrue about Becca. Truth be told, she’s a wonderful woman and any man would be happy to have her. But, the distance between us was just too great and she couldn’t take it anymore. I can understand and respect her for that, but that doesn’t mean I’m too happy about this. But I am going to try to avoid online dating and even if that is so, I am only going to date people in my locality. This way, I can avoid a lot of heartbreak. (more…)

I’m not going to sugarcoat the truth or lie about things. The people who read my blog day in and day out know that I am not one to lie or falsify reality. But recently, Becca had made the decision to end our relationship as boyfriend and girlfriend. I wish her well in all that she does and I’m just happy that she treated me with the respect and dignity I deserve. She didn’t lie to me or deceive me like Miranda did. Or like Chelsea did. But I am not happy about the situation at all. In fact, I am quite unhappy because I had high hopes for this relationship. (more…)
