New Additions to the Oxford English Dictionary!

Monday, July 10th, 2006

You should see that the Oxford English Dictionary has added a lot of new words and a lot of them, I am thankful for the OED staff’s addition and openmindedness. Sorry for the numerous posts about digg and what not.

Monday, July 10th, 2006

With the new site, I will implement a section specifically for my diggs, m’kay? So (hopefully) the statements in this blog will be a bit more personal. As for the existing posts, they will stay for SEO’s sake. Thank you for taking the time to read this floatsam and have a nice day ^_^

Colbert Report - A fucked up explaination of why Bush's Approval Ratings are so low.

Monday, July 10th, 2006

Tonights word is Nazis. There is no one worse than Hitler that led Germany but Bush is the worst United States president in the history of the country. He spent all of the country’s surplus on tax cuts for the rich and he cut a lot of government sponsoured programs from the budget. He also invaded countries pre-emptively. Colbert Report - Hugo Chavez sells resells home heating oil at discount to US Cities

Monday, July 10th, 2006

The Word for this day was Hell, No! Be realistic, who does the USA help? And we are all Americans (I just happen to be between the US and Canada). The US Oil Companies are selfish and would not help the destitute. Freeze for Freedom? Turned down the aid? Watching every one of these makes me proud I am becoming Canadian. (more…)

And American politicians play ‘Smear the Queer’ better than children when they want to distract people from their fuck ups. (more…)

The Trouble with Conservatives

Monday, July 10th, 2006

Conservatives fail to live the principles of freedom they expound. The problem is not that they set high standards and then fail to meet them, but that they knowingly and deliberately violate them. — The conservative Jacob Hornberger describes the hypocrisy of conservative think tanks such as the Heritage Foundation.

How can anyone that thinks the poor are delicious and that going to Mars would be cuting and running possibly be “Lawful Good” or even a “Paladin”? That kinda seems quite off to me, but whatever. (more…)

Switching back to Crimson Editor

Monday, July 10th, 2006

You know something, I am tired of Zend Studio, the constant freezing and just for the FTP functionality. I have made a decision and that is to move back towards Crimson Editor. It’s a great text editor that I used to edit this site with. In fact, I think I got it before even getting vBulletin and it was recommened to me by Eric Newport. (more…)

Commentary on Megatokyo #880 - Inflation

Monday, July 10th, 2006

Okay, this deserved to be blogged. Essentially, this is an interesting turn of events and I can honestly say that Megatokyo is going to be a more interesting read because of these 2 new developments. I am not going to lie, I love fanservice and I am glad that this happened. This could also affect the plot a bit more. (more…)
