My little sister’s friend is coming from the United Kingdom soon (dunno the exact details) but I want to say that my sister was so depressed when she left and I am glad that Jami can be back in my sister’s life to make her feel better again. I think I just got Azureus to work to it’s fullest! This is wonderful because I am temporarily utilising my neighbour’s Internet Connection to recieve my Internet access. I never thought I’d see the Azureus green again, but I just saw it no more than a few minutes ago. I was fiddling with the settings in Azureus due to the fact that I saw that even though I had downloaded 310.12MB out of 4349.27MB, I still saw the torrent completion at 1.9%. This is due to the fact that the torrent still has a large amount of uncompleted pieces in it. (more…)
You know how sometimes, you get these torrents that seem to be slower than molasses? I have one and it’s for an Anime program called Azumanga Daioh. I don’t exactly know what the deal is but I have seeded 291.02MB and downloaded 286.95MB and the entire thing is like 4GB or so. Furthermore, it appears at it may take forever to get this data via Bittorrent. I know it isn’t my internet connection due to the fact that I have attempted to download Openoffice.org and was able to do it at an alarming speed. (more…)
