I was grocery shopping for the week near Dalhousie station and I had to purchase a lot of things to survive the week. I know that I had Vol. 2 when I arrived at Dalhousie, because I was reading it on the bus. And I know that some asshole now has it and that really makes me angry. I am not completely pissed since I still have Volume 1 and I can probably track another copy of Volume 2 down at another store or at Words & Pictures (probably). However, I don’t want to wait forever to get just one copy of Onegai Teacher. It usually takes well over 3 months for ANYTHING to come in at Words & Pictures. Come to think of it, where are the rest of my Love Hina DVDs? Continue reading ‘Someone stole my copy of Onegai Teacher Vol. 2!’

My funeral
Okay, Scrivs posted an article on Oreo CEO called “Your Funeral” and of course, it spurred me to write an article on what MY funeral would be like and all the details. No one really knows how they will die but I have a couple of theories - and I am going to tell you the most feasible and entertaining one. I KNOW for a fact that few people in this world respect/like me. I have an acidic personality and I have a hard time finding friends, as well as keeping friends. And not only that, but I have a completely hateful family (at least, hateful toward me). Continue reading ‘My funeral’
Have you been wondering why Blackthorne has been taking so long? Why has it been taking so long to get one little programme to work like it should? Well, Blackthorne is not just a theme but it is a part of a bigger project that I have going on. I can’t tell anyone (no, not even the cute girl I am interested in) all the details of my new project but I assure you, it’s dynamite! In fact, it may very well be the biggest project I have ever done and I will be so happy if I can make it work out. Basically, it will benefit me by allowing me to showcase my artistic work as well as promoting my blog and generating a sizable amount of income. Continue reading ‘Keeping it on the down low’
So, I have been asked sometimes where I am going in my life or what do I want to accomplish? While a definitive list is not possible at this time, I’ve created an account at 43 things and, by default, that created an account at all of it’s subsites. So, I decided to start working on my portfolios at a couple of the sites. Like at all consuming, 43 people and 43 places. I also added my blog’s RSS feed for good measure. So whether you want my views on my travels, to know who I want to/have met or what I want to do/have done - you can now have easier access that information. Continue reading ‘What am I doing and where am I going?’
Shaun Inman released Mint 2 and it looks GREAT! But there is a small problem - you have to pay to upgrade to Mint 2. In fact, you have to pay $19USD per licence and that can get to be pretty expensive if you own a large amount of licences. In fact, I will have to pay $95USD more to upgrade all of my licences to Mint 2. In fact, I really want to update all my licences to Mint 2 but I really only need 3 upgrades now. One for this site and one for my new project (coming soon) and one for theanime.net (yes, it’s going to launch soon - very soon). Continue reading ‘A minty fresh Darkest Evil’
9rules is starting to lose much of it’s quality. I am not bitter that I was not accepted in the 5th round. In fact, I was kind of afraid of saying something considering that it might hurt my chances of acceptance in round 6. But fortunately, another 9rules member has stated that they feel their quality slipping as well. But I think some of the new sites (such as Karoshi) deserve to be in 9rules and I feel their addition is a boon to the network. Continue reading ‘Is 9rules losing it’s quality?’
I still have relations in California. My uncle James Richardson and my aunt Lori Korleski-Richardson are a couple of the few family members that I enjoy speaking with. However, at times, their advice can suggest things that are not in my best interest. Or covertly condescending and rude. I don’t meant to seem ungrateful for the encouragement that he does give me but I just wish that there weren’t hurtful statements or accusations embedded in his words. Continue reading ‘Some misguided advice from my uncle’
Ah, my second meme. This time the meme that I’ve been tagged with is “6 Random Facts” and I have to write out 6 random facts about myself. I have been tagged by Tricia for this yesterday and I figure that it’ll be fun to do another meme. Continue reading ‘My second meme: 6 Random Facts’
This Fuck Off and Die Thursday is about Canadian Immigration. An agency that is even harder to please then the Canadian Revenue Agency. I have a Temporary Resident Visa so there is a high risk that I have to leave Canada in July. But I would really love to stay in this country and move to British Columbia, enjoying the freedoms that are enjoyed by so many Canadians. Of course, if I had a 4-year degree, it would make things a lot simpler. But there is still hope so I haven’t ordered by plane tickets to London or Dublin just yet. I know for a fact that I can do this and if I can’t, at least I would have made the most of the time that I bought. Continue reading ‘FOAD Thursday: Canadian Immigration’
Sorry Mr. Fab, but I had to make a derivation on what you had written about what you should remember on your first day at your new job. Whenever I get a new job or go to another college or to an university, there are a couple of other things that I should remember when I finally go to another college. And considering that I am still waiting for word on my job application at Moo.com, I need to remind myself a couple of things when I get my new job.
