Natalie and Kyle sitting in a tree.
Natalie and I are now going out publicly - which just means her parents know that we are going out and they have given the approval. Of course, my parents already know, simply due to the fact that they read my blog and my mother mentioned it when she was over here yesterday. Every day that I get to spend time with Natalie just makes me realize more and more how perfect we are for one another.
I knew her in high school - We met together in High School when we had a Business Computer Information Systems (fancy name for Microsoft Office training, minus the certification) and an English class together. Of course, we were both taught by this evil, cold-hearted witch named Ms. Globke that seemed to hate people of Polish ancestry with a passion, but I digress. Basically, we became really good friends in high school and it turns out that we both had a crush on each other. I just feel foolish that I didnt ask her out while we were both still in High School and when I was still a Christian. In fact, I remember writing a short little post about Natalie before Senior Year started. . .
Our families get along - Or rather, they have the potential to get along. Natalie’s father and mine are very much into computers (however, my father has a position where his interest in computers is also his profession). Also according to Natalie, her mother and mine share a lot of traits that might allow them to get along very well. And I have belief that Morgan would be a kick-ass sister-in-law. Her other sisters are pretty cool as well and while I haven’t had the ability to meet with Alex, I am pretty sure she’s a cool person. In fact, she likes to sleep in too. ^_^
She’s a computer geek - She is VERY obsessed with technology, even more than I am. And I know this because even though I brought my laptop over (she asked) and she spent most of the time playing on my computer. Especially with Grass Games’ Free Solitare 3D, Apple Mail and a number of the other applications on my MacBook Pro. In fact, I am considering getting Natalie a MacBook of her own so we can video chat in iChat. Wouldn’t that be smexy?
We both have a bad history in relationships - Yeah, I remember the problems I had with all the people I dated before Natalie. Miranda, Chelsea, Becca and the others that haven’t had as bad of an impact on my life. I even had an embarrassing time (but it’s not her fault) with Amanda because I thought she wanted a relationship, but she doesn’t date anyone. Natalie has had her bad choices in boyfriends too. But now, that’s over because we both kow what we want and we are mature for it.
