Where has customer service gone?
While I was out today, I found a number of topics to write about that will help me get over this case of writer’s block that I’ve been having. I am very happy about this because now, I have content for the entire weekend. ^_^
Today’s article is about customer service. Some asshole at the Subway at Cambrian Centre treated me like complete shit so I complained to the manager. Anyways, after working hard to resolve the complaint - I was completely blown off by the manager. Human Resources only work when the dude doesn’t make an attempt to treat people like shit. But I take solace in the fact that if he does this to other people, he will have a history of this behaviour. This delights me to no end.
Furthermore, there is also the issue of Calgary Transit. I seem to keep missing Calgary Transit buses and it is annoying me to no end. When I was waiting for a bus to take me to Dalhousie LRT, I had 4 busses pass me by despite my waving and attempts to flag them down. When I got to Dalhousie, I just barely made the C-Train. When I got to Alberta Bible College to return a couple of my books, I found that the place was nearly closed down. Fortunately, I was able to leave my books with Stacey.
Getting back to Dalhousie was a pain in the ass. I got passed by a 20 Heritage and a 73 before another 20 finally stopped for me. This makes me completely happy as I didn’t have to wait any longer for a bus. And plus, I missed a C-Train when I finally did get to Dalhousie.
