Ouch. And as for confiding in people you meet online, time to stop up that leak I reckon. Find someone face-to-face or on the phone, family or friend, for that. Or even ditch the idea of confiding online and go for a walk, go to a cafe, be open to meeting people to talk to. Start with inane topics and over time the rest will follow! x
