Shaun Inman introduces Pagethrough and it rocks!
Shaun Inman, the maker of the smexy Mint statistics programme that I am so very fond of has introduced a cool little app that I have found to be quite useful. He has introduced a new web-based programme called Pagethrough and what it does is it allows you to flip through all your readme files with much ease. The install process is quite simple and like everything that Mr. Inman has made, it is simply beautiful. This is very useful with copious amounts of FAQs and does not require a MySQL database.
In fact, for all my sites and programmes, I am going to upload guidelines, readmes and what not into pagethrough. In fact, I am also going to include readmes that I need as well. You can find my network’s version of pagethrough at pagethrough removed, see update below. Remember to read the readmes and to stay smexy!
Update: Shaun Inman alerted by via e-mail that this is not for use with a public server and you should use it with a local (i.e. on your computer) server to avoid security holes. I had to take pagethrough down temporarily but I will put it back up once I figure out how to harden the security with it. I don’t know if Mr. Inman would wnat me to distribute it or not so I won’t - but I will give a copy to him and only him.
