I am a avid comp user but i think evvery where one goes DOES not need internet.
as well with Grey hound bus services and other places small towns and other vacilities may not want it one to difficult to get in (Small town on Transit)

i think it would be super annoying to be at a restaurant and have everyone using the internet, but the other places you suggested are a good idea.

I guess this could go either way.

Chick-fil-a introduced free Wi-Fi about a year ago but I just noticed. I've been down there a few times and I've been the only one who uses it.

The 'intro' page that says, thank you for using Chick-fil-a wifi" also has a "Please note that wifi is provided "As is". Employees at this location cannot help with any issues related to wifi. Please call 1-234-5678 if any problems arise.

I think this would be the way to get places that are run by a huge company. Have a few people doing tech support in the corporate office, and provide "as is" access. That way you don't have to hire a person at every location to sit there and make sure it works. Less cost for them and free wifi for us.
