Just when you think he couldn’t get worse
Today, I made a few posts on the Pirate Reports forums advocating for Bittorrent and Mr. Howard Spinks took what I said and twisted it into something completely awful. Mr. Spinks does not value the freedom of speech, despite the fact that his clients, Jelsoft and phpFoX, would not be where they are now without the creativity that they gained from the freedom of speech. Freedom of speech is very important in our society and it is what had made countries like Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States so very desirable to live in. The erosion of Freedom of Speech and habeas corpus is the reason that more and more US and UK citizens are immigrating to Canada, where human rights are still being respected.
Unfortunately Kyle the truth is something that is of little or no importance to you or the other multi posting perverts with an ulterior motive in mind.
Firstly a human being who actively cares about children asked for help and I think the request was very valid. It had nothing to do with your obvious aversion to anyone with a prior Law Enforcement background or the fact that you were sacked as a moderator here some time back lasting about 3 days because you were promoting piracy not convincing people it was antisocial or crimainal.
Secondly whilst the site actually did breach licensing and copyright the private conversation later snipped and edited did not contain that because it seemed rather trivial compred to depictions of child abuse and the intention was to resolve the matter amicably.
Thirdly the software did have the content I mentioned and not just the third party gallery but again why let the truth stand in the way of the facts.
Because you are young, don’t have any children and are actively interested in the perpetuation of the site which we are not going to mention here I will put your naivity down to those factors and nothing more. I am sure the whole “scene” is not unhealthy but certain aspects should be adult rated subscription only so that those who enjoy cartoon pictures of child abuse to fuilfill some fantasy can be monitored in just the same way as those who like the real thing.
Don’t forget that kids who pull the legs off spiders and abuse animals are more likely to become murderers than those who don’t.
Howard, you might be surprised just how much the truth means to me. However, what is more surprising is how little the truth means to you. And how much the truth means to your company. I mean, after all, you stole a $160 software licence from an anime forum. Hell, this was not even a commercial venture! This was a not-for-profit anime forum run by fans, for fans. And actually, no child was actually abused. Keep in mind that the drawing is merely animated. Do you seriously believe that cartoons like Tom & Jerry are real? Basically, what’s important here is the power to differentiate fantasy from reality and if you can’t do that, Mr. Spinks, then I truly feel for you. I really do.
But was rumour enough to steal a $160 licence? In this case, for you, it was. And there is nothing valid about theft. Ever. I have an obvious aversion to anyone in a position of authority that abuses their powers and position. Anyone who lies and deceives for his own personal gain. I was sacked as a moderator because you did not want an open discussion on piracy. Piracy is not all bad, but it has it’s bad points. It allows us to rethink the way we do copyright and has inspired copyleft style licences like the Creative Commons or the GNU Public Licence. Two of which, are very widely used. Laws and traditions should always be questioned if they create a major problem for constituents. For there to be true democracy, people should be allowed to question the laws that they are being forced into following. Of course, if you prefer a time before the Magna Carta - that’s your deal. But I prefer democracy, to be honest.
I don’t have children and I am not going to for some time. This is because I know how to keep it in my pants. I have more maturity because of this. Plus, I want to make sure I am the man I want raising my kids. And I do not believe I will be that man for quite some time, maybe I’ll become him in my later twenties. But I would love to enjoy married life for a while until I have children - because if you don’t set the foundation for a relationship in the early stages and keep taking your wife on dates - you will essentially be up shit creek because she will leave your sorry ass.
Mr. Spinks, I admit that when I was younger, I bullied my sister and I was a horrible big brother. However, now, I am a better person and I have grown stronger because I know that it is always wrong to resort to violence. However, what you do to other people just because you don’t agree with what they do is despicable and is proof that sometimes, people don’t grow up. Sometimes, people continue to do bad things to others. It is, however, important to know that people can change and people can be … reborn so to speak.
