Sleazy as ABC
I am working on a new film and yes, I am going to be working with some friends of mine to help make it. While I am still looking for a publisher for the book, I have decided to produce the film with Brave New Films, considering their films about bigger evils like Wal-Mart and Fox News. I am going to try to talk with the people at Chapters and at FMV to stock the books and DVDs (respectively), considering that this is a HUGE threat in Canada and abroad.
Let me give you some background information on ABC, just so you can see the gravity of the problem. Alberta Bible College claims that it’s programmes are “the beginning of an exciting and helpful experience of Christian growth” and that “ABC may well be the doorway to your future”. This comes directly from a welcome letter on the Alberta Bible College website. Unfortunately for most people, what appears to be a quality Christian college is, in actuality, a place where students are conned and lied to. A place where creative students and foreigners are marginalized and censored. A place where the socially inept are forced to undergo humiliating psychological exams that threaten their mental well-being. A place where the strong-willed are stonewalled and railroaded by many actions by both the college’s staff and people that have influence at the college or are influenced by the college.
The book will be published in August 2007 and the film will be made available for purchase in January 2008. These materials are highly recommended for anyone that operates a church or a seminary - or anyone that is considering attending Alberta Bible College. This does NOT portray an anti-christian view but rather, a strong disdain for the problems that Alberta Bible College is willing to ignore and the problems with it’s covenant. And even bigger problems such as the discrimination against non-Canadians and people of different backgrounds. So remember this before you fill out that college application: Is the college you are applying to Sleazy as ABC?

It’s mark from the College. Whats going on? Why are you so determine to expose something that doesn’t happen?

Look if you are still in Calgary I would like to meet and even discuss your feelings on the matter. I’m not here to stop you from making a film, but I would like to shed a little light on how I feel about your blog.

I am not going to expose something that doesn’t happen. Instead, I am exposing something that DID happen. That isn’t so publicized and has not only happened to me, but to others as well. I will not say their names out of respect for their privacy.
