A lawsuit waiting to happen

I heard about a new social networking website that is quite a trendsetter but it has one vital flaw. And this is something is bound to cause problems. It’s called Flip and it’s a social network geared toward teenage girls. Flip has a community policy that is covertly tucked away into the about section and using a tiny link in the footer. In fact, I’d bet you can find child molesters all throughout the site trying to hit on girls. I have registered to show you the entire registration process. And I created a little group as well. A fan club for 15art.com, my upcoming main site. You can find that fan club on Flip.com as well as the profile I registered.

While they do what they can to ensure that people are aware of the community rules, Flip could do so much better. They should alert people about the community guidelines before sending a message AND should show alerts around messages that Flip.com will not ask for password/address and to be very aware of people asking for an address/telephone number. So, to the creators of Flip.com - you seriously NEED to do better.
