A number of spam comments
You know, I want free discussion on my blog as well as free expression but, oh so sadly, we have to put up with lamers from sites like Kyle of Alaska or Greg Platano (see blog entries: Creepy convo with a spammer, IM attack #2 and the Imposter v. Kyle of Alberta). I tried contacting Freewebs about this little lamer, and here’s how it went down:
Initial contact was made
Name: Kyle Korleski
Phone Number: Not going to reveal THAT info
URL: I am not going to give this lamer more traffic
Type of Abuse: Defamation
This is an obvious misuse of my name which is trademarked.
Freeweb’s First Reply:

We are having trouble understanding exactly what content you would like us to investigate. With millions of sites edited daily and content always changing, we do not have the resources to investigate every page and file on sites we receive complaints about. Please clarify the location and nature of the content that is a violation of our Terms-of-Use, and be as specific as possible, so that we may better serve you.

Okay, they have made a grave mistake! Me, a freewebs user? Hah! Unlikely. So I replied like so:
1. I am not a freewebs user and I never will be.
2. I have already specified the URL in question. It is not going to give that lamer more traffic
3. The nature of the violation is IP-related and he is most definitely trying to violate trademark law.
That SHOULD have taken care of any concerns those idiots at Freewebs had. But it doesn’t appear so…

We could not find the content you specified. Please contact us with more specific information about the content and the location of the content so that we can better assist you.
Okay, they are getting more idiotic so I replied ONCE AGAIN with the info:
The content violating IP law is located at not going to give that lamer more traffic.
And they replied like this:
