Is 9rules losing it’s quality?
9rules is starting to lose much of it’s quality. I am not bitter that I was not accepted in the 5th round. In fact, I was kind of afraid of saying something considering that it might hurt my chances of acceptance in round 6. But fortunately, another 9rules member has stated that they feel their quality slipping as well. But I think some of the new sites (such as Karoshi) deserve to be in 9rules and I feel their addition is a boon to the network.
Now, I try to blog daily and sometimes, I can go a couple of days to a week without making a post to my blog and I am not too happy about that. But I am still wondering about whether or not to try to join 9rules in round 6. But I think that I should think about it when it’s time to cross that bridge. For now, I should concentrate on the medium and my new, secret, project. Bwahahahaha!
Update: I re-read the post and it turns out that they don’t believe that 9rules’ quality is slipping. I accidentally misquoted then and I apologize sincerely.

I would just like to correct you as I was against the argument of content slipping not for and would rather be quoted correctly considering where I stand on this debate.

Hey man, you got a secret project as well? Can’t wait to see what it is. That’s cool because we have one too and maybe they will launch at the same time. Best of luck on concentrating on the medium.

What drew my attention to this post was the title. When I saw it, I immediately thought “Crap, that includes us”. But when I got to my favorite part, I jumped with joy -well, not literally, but you know what I mean-. Truthfully, I was surprised I got in myself. I’m a bit obsessive about the stats and stuff, but I still derive much joy from knowing that a person does return once or twice and I try to spew out some good stuff. I beat myself up all the time trying to get at least a post every two days and for the -what I sometimes feel- drop in quality. Either way, this really makes my day, and thanks again.

No problems at all, I really do appreciate you changing it. It’s one of those matters you’d rather the record wsa straight on. I also wish you luck in your ’secret muhawmuha’ project.

Personally, I would LOVE to be in 9rules, considering it is one of the few blog networks that doesn’t control it’s member’s content.
