This blog is American for the time being
With my temporary return to the United States, this blog is American once again, oh so sadly. But the good news is that it won’t be long, because I will be heading to the United Kingdom within the next two months. I am already working to try to get a job there and head out to see my lovely girlfriend, Becca. My ultimate goal is to get a job in London, get to London and live in London - near or with my wonderful girlfriend, Becca. Please note - however - this does not mean that I want to be called American or am in agreement with the policies of the United States government, the Bush Administration or any part of the United States government which is evil. I just want to make a few things exceptionally clear:
- I am still a Buddhist - I am still working on becoming a Buddhist and I still hold the tenets of Buddhism true to my heart. I believe in them because Buddhism works a lot better than Christianity. Buddhism doesn’t try to put people on guilt trips because they’ve done something wrong.
- I still believe in human rights - I am a big supporter of human rights, gay rights, black rights, religious rights and the granting of human rights that will make our culture more progressive and less discriminatory. It’s wrong to discriminate against others because they aren’t in line with the status quo. As long as they don’t harm another human being, I say let it be.
- I am still trying to get out of the United States and stay out - It is my ultimate goal to get out of the United States permanently and stay out. I know I sound like a hypocrite because I just re-entered the United States, but I entered to stay out. The reason being is because if I am deported, that is not good on any visa application I make. I would not be able to enter the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada or other countries that trade immigration data with Canada. It was a calculated risk.
- I have a wonderful girl, waiting for me in the United Kingdom - My resolve to get out is now stronger than ever. This is because I have a wonderful woman waiting for me in London. She is the light of my life and she is everything that I’ve been wanting in a partner for the longest time. She is an anime fan, cosplayer, she is loving, she is an atheist, she is a geek girl and she is everything that I’ve ever wanted and needed. She is loving, kind, artistic, intelligent, thoughtful, selfless, honest and open. She is a great person and I really am very happy and lucky that I have the opportunity to know her.
So, yes. For the time being, this blog is American. But the good news is that it will only be that way for two weeks to two months. Then, I will be in the United Kingdom - hugging and kissing my lovely girlfriend. This blog is American out of necessity only. I did not want it to be American but, man oh man, I was screwed into making it that way. So keep your eyes open for when this blog becomes British.

you should renounce your citizenship right away, that will make it easier for you to get eu citizenship, because they hate americans too.

But other countries generally make it harder to get citizenship if you don’t already have another nationality.
